Job Description:

We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator and Developer to join our team. This role involves managing, configuring, and developing SharePoint environments to meet our diverse business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint administration and development, with a keen understanding of how to leverage SharePoint to improve business efficiency and collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments.

  • Manage SharePoint permissions and ensure system security.

  • Monitor and optimize the performance of SharePoint sites.

  • Develop custom solutions and workflows in SharePoint using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, or similar tools.

  • Design and develop web parts and integration solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

  • Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and develop SharePoint solutions accordingly.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.

  • Oversee content management in SharePoint, including document libraries and lists.

  • Implement and manage search services, content databases, and user profiles.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator and Developer.

  • Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and deployment.

  • Expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.

  • Proficiency in developing custom solutions with SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

  • Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen. Ability and willingness to undergo any necessary security clearance processes for projects involving government entities.
